Gregg Neck Park Civic Association
Gregg Neck Park is a private community located along the Sassafras River in Galena, Maryland. Members of the community pay annual dues to support the upkeep of common areas, such as the beach, roads and community boat ramp.
The Gregg Neck Park Civic Association (GNPCA) Board comprises residents elected by members-in-good-standing to oversee the collection and administration of dues for the benefit of the entire community.
